Dry white wine made exclusively from the varietals found in Can Feixes. This is our very personal interpretation of the most traditional and singular expression of the great white wines of the Penedès DO region.
Only own harvest. Selected picking by hand of indigenous varietals Xarel.lo and Malvasia de Sitges from organic vineyards was followed by further selection at the bodega. First must was obtained from grapes by pneumatic tank-press. Clarification of must by natural precipitation and static decanting. Fermentation of must at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
Aged for 8 months in contact with the lees in stainless steel tanks following fermentation. After bottling, the wine is matured in our deep underground cellar for a minimum of 6 months.
